Shipping Policy

Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Standard tracked delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and local carrier performance. Estimates are not guarantees.

Free tracked shipping is included on every order. There are no minimum-spend rules.

You receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout. A separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number is sent once your order has actually been fulfilled and handed to the carrier — tracking numbers are never issued at the moment of purchase.

Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to display carrier scans after the email arrives.

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot an error, email tryvelnexa@gmail.com within 12 hours and we will correct it if the order has not shipped.

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties set by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation and replace the order where the parcel is confirmed lost.
