Refund Policy

Sleep with your VELNEXA mask for up to 30 nights from the delivery date. If it is not right for you, email tryvelnexa@gmail.com with your order number to start a return.

Trial returns may be used — that is the point of a trial. We ask that the mask and its pouch are returned intact and reasonably clean so they can be responsibly disposed of or recycled.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit.

Faulty or damaged items are replaced free of charge. Send a photo with your order number and we will ship a replacement without requiring a return first.

Every mask is covered for 24 months against defects in materials, stitching and the memory-foam structure. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse or machine washing.

Orders can be cancelled at no cost before they are fulfilled. Once a shipping confirmation email has been sent, the order is with the carrier and the trial process applies instead.
